A forward stocking location for your parts and supplies.

Do you have locations that require higher levels of inventory away from your main National Distribution Centre? A Send Space creates an additional managed warehouse location for parts to be distributed from close to your field service workforce, or for goods that need to move quickly, like food samples.

Vendor Integrations

Send stock direct from your vendors to your technicians.

Allow vendors to send stock or necessary service parts directly to your technician locations. Avoid sending stock to a holding location, and get it directly to where it needs to go, saving you both time and money.

How do you manage billing?

Droppoint charges a subscription fee for using our Material Orchestration Software (MOS) as well as subscription fees for using Droppoints integrated services.

For Droppoint managed services we charge based on services used e.g. if it is an express air freight service or a road frieght service, it is charged at a per parcel/kg weight. Using MOS you can quote for different services prior to booking your parcels.

How does Droppoint determine number of users billed?

 Droppoint charges for registered users of MOS. This is based on the data and licenses requested by the customer when we set you up in our system.

If your users have changed you need to pass this information on to your account manager in order to update billing records for subscribed users.

Does Droppoint only bill active users for MOS subscriptions?

Droppoint charges for all registered users of the MOS platform, whether or not they are actively using MOS to scan parcels. This is based on the data for license requirements supplied by the customer at the point of onboarding. To change your registered users, get in touch with our support team or your account manager.

I need help locating a missing package - do you handle that for me?

Our service team are available to escalate parcel requirements to from 6:30am until 6:00pm Monday to Friday. We follow up with carriers and trace your parcels for you, and provide regular updates on any changes to delivery schedules based on carrier needs.

Using our Material Orchestration System (MOS) your technicians will get live updates and parcel tracking and direct access to our service team. Using MOS we can also recommend the best service and carrier to get the parts you need to where you need them based on your requirements, whether that be driven by urgency, freight size or cost.
